Appeal Eligibility

To be eligible to appeal a punitive given to you, firstly the punitive must be one of the following:

• Community Service
• Warning
• Kick
• Temporary/Permanent Ban

Secondly, you can only attempt to appeal a punitive 14 days after it was issued to you. However, if you believe that the punishment was incorrectly given to you, then you may appeal it instantly. The 14 day period only applies to punishments you are trying to appeal where you are aware you were in the wrong.

Please be aware that if you are successful in an appeal and then go to receive further punitive within 30 days, that punitive is not eligible for appeal unless it was given incorrectly.
